  • Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
  • However, after 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Returns & Refunds: Sale Merchandise

Also, within 14 days of the shipping date, you can exchange your sale item. We can issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card, but will not issue refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

How to affect a Return

Follow these 2 easy steps to return your items by mail.

Step 1: Complete the Return Form on the packing slip: Fill out the form on the packing slip included in your original package. Include the Return Form with your item(s). Be sure to update any contact or shipping information if necessary. Return form is located at the bottom of the packing slip. Peradventure you do not have a Return Form, go to Step 2.

Step 2: Ship your return

Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and the Mandate Stores packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Also attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will send an email confirmation to you, and when and how your return is processed on our receipt of your return package.

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items shipped to GEN SKINCARE INC outside of the Returns window may not be returned to you.

Returns & Refunds: Refunds & Credits of Online Purchases

We will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account (whichever form of payment you used for the original purchase), for the full purchase price (less re-stocking fees which is 20%). However, this refund must be for any new or gently used item that you return within the returns window.

For returns by mail, please make sure to enter all your information, including your e-mail address. It can take up to 30 days to process the return when you return by mail and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Furthermore, when returning online purchases by mail, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Beauty Insider points associated with your return will be removed when the transaction is processed. Gift Returns

Gifts returned within 14 days of the original purchase date along with the original receipt or gift receipt will be refunded or exchanged at your preference.

Items accompanied by a receipt but returned after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, we will gladly offer to you a product exchange or merchandise credit.

Items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to the GEN Skincare Inc’s refund and exchange policy. Any products not accompanied by a receipt and not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
